Honoring those who served!

Thank you for believing in what we do and for considering us worthy of your donation!  Since we are an organization that is completely volunteer, no paid employees, you might wounder why we need donations.  I mean, what could we possibly need money for? Well it seems that everything costs something, here is a list of just some of our operating costs:

  • Bank fees for our checking account.
  • Each member of the team that participates in a service receives a stipend to cover the operating costs of their transportation, uniform dry cleaning, etc.
  • Uniforms that the team members wear are provided by the team.
  • The cartridge boxes and velvet cartridge bags that we present to the next of kin.
  • Equipment maintenance and cleaning supplies.
  • Websites monthly operating cost.  Built to increase awareness of our services, to attract new team members, and to provide Funeral Directors with a first class communication vehicle with the team.
  • Accounting and legal fees associated with doing business as a non-profit.
  • Office supplies and postal fees necessary to transact our business.

We have been declared by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Your donation to us is tax deductible under section 170 of the Code.  Amounts donated in excess of our operating expenses are donated to veterans charities.

We are able to accept your donation through PayPal home  which is the gold standard for secure on-line financial activity so you can be confident when making your donation to us.
